Our express glow facial is a 30-minute treatment built specifically for the afternoon before an event, a dinner, a wedding, or any moment when you want your skin to look its best within hours. It is the treatment we most often book for brides two days before the wedding, for clients heading straight from the salon to a red carpet evening, or for anyone who has an important photograph scheduled and wants to arrive looking their most considered.

The treatment is carefully designed to deliver visible improvement without any of the side effects that can follow a longer facial. No deep extractions. No acids that leave the skin reactive. No intense heat or massage that might cause swelling or redness. Every step has been selected because it is proven to leave the skin looking fresher, brighter and more alive within 30 minutes, and because it will not cause any reaction that interferes with the event.

The sequence runs as follows. A thorough double cleanse to clear the skin and decongest the pores. A very gentle enzyme exfoliation to smooth the surface texture. A brightening mask applied for five to eight minutes to add immediate radiance. A focused, tight closing massage on the jawline, cheekbones and brow to drain puffiness and add lift. A finishing layer of hydrating serum, a lightweight moisturiser and SPF if the event is during daylight. You leave with skin that looks fresher, more even, and ready for makeup.

The timing is important. We recommend booking the express glow one to two hours before you need to look your best, or on the day itself if you are not planning to wear heavy makeup. For a wedding or event the following day, booking the express glow 24 hours ahead can be a nice way to arrive at the day with skin already settled into its best state.

What this facial is not designed to do is address specific skin concerns. For pigmentation, persistent breakouts, deep hydration or firming, one of our longer and more targeted facials is the right choice. The express glow is about maximising how fresh and polished your skin looks in the short window before an event, not about working through underlying concerns. If you have the time, we will always recommend booking a signature or hydrating facial a week before an event and an express glow on the day for the best overall result.
