What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or our callback form, we collect your name and contact details so we can respond and help you book a treatment. If you book through Fresha, your booking details are held by Fresha as our booking platform and are subject to Fresha's own privacy policy.

When you visit our website, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used. These tools may collect anonymised browsing information such as pages viewed, session duration and approximate location. None of this is linked to your identity without your explicit consent.

How we use your information

We use the information you share with us to respond to your enquiries, manage your appointments, and send service-related messages (appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups). We may also occasionally send you updates about services or offers, but only if you have told us you would like to receive them. You can opt out of any non-essential messages at any time.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses a small number of cookies, some essential to make the site work, and some that help us measure how visitors find and use the site. We load any marketing or analytics tools only after your first interaction, so if you leave immediately, nothing tracking-related has been set. You can clear or refuse cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal details. We do not share them with third parties for their marketing. The only parties who see your data are our booking platform (Fresha), our analytics providers (Google, Meta), and our email sending service if you use the callback form.

Keeping your information safe

We keep your contact details only for as long as we need them to manage your appointments and respond to your enquiries. If you would like us to delete your details from our records, let us know and we will do so within a reasonable timeframe, apart from anything we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it if something is wrong, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent for marketing messages or analytics at any time. Simply email us at hello@azizam.ae.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top.
