The application blends single classic extensions with handmade volume fans in a ratio that suits your natural lashes and the finish you are after. The result is more density along the lash line than a pure classic set, but still soft enough to read naturally in daylight. Most clients who move up from classic choose hybrid next, and many stay there.

The signature of a good hybrid set is balance. Done poorly, it looks like two styles stitched together. Done well, the different extension types sit in a natural rhythm that follows how your own lashes grow, so the effect is fuller without being heavy. That balance is where the difference in a senior lash artist really shows.

The appointment usually runs around two hours. We begin with a short consultation to decide on the ratio. A 70/30 classic to volume mix reads barely different from a dense classic set. A 50/50 mix starts to feel more defined. A 30/70 mix moves toward volume territory. Your technician will talk you through what would suit your natural lashes, your eye shape and the occasions you tend to book lashes for.

Hybrid extensions are very light to wear. The volume fans are handmade from ultra-fine extensions, which keeps the set comfortable even in summer when Dubai humidity tests the strength of your adhesive bond. We use medical-grade glue selected for the local climate, and our senior technicians review adhesive performance with each new batch.

Aftercare is the same as any extension set. Keep the lashes dry for the first 24 hours. Avoid oil-based cleansers and makeup removers. Brush daily with the spoolie we provide. If you wear eye makeup, go easy on the lash line and use a micellar water formulated to be extension-safe. We stock one at reception and will send a sample home if you need it.

Refills every two to three weeks keep the set looking its best. Because hybrid includes handmade fans, refills take slightly longer than a classic refill, and the pricing reflects that. Most clients find the refill schedule settles into their routine quickly.

Hybrid suits women who have loved classic lashes but want something a touch more noticeable for events, photography or simply a more polished daily look. It also suits clients with naturally full lashes who want the classic finish to read a little denser.
